About Us

About Melrose Mold Solutions

We are a family business who care about families – We see what we do as more of a health evaluation rather than a business transaction alone.

With almost a decade of experience and hundreds of in-person inspections. We have been in 22 states (and counting) helping families get answers and improve the environmental quality of their home.

We are trusted and referred by doctors and health professionals around the country because we are known for delivering thorough, science-driven evaluations grounded in building science and environmental health.

We hold multiple advanced assessment certifications—including CMI, CEMA, and MAC—as well as IICRC credentials in AMRT and WRT, and continues to deepen our expertise through ongoing education in health and building-related disciplines.

Our work is guided by a clear mission: to cut through the confusion surrounding mold and moisture issues and provide families with clear explanations, sound guidance, and practical, actionable solutions they can trust.

How we do that is:

  1. Identify the problem areas in your home.
  2. Prioritize the places that will improve the health of the home most.
  3. Work within your specific budget so that resources are allocated wisely and effectively.
  4. Create a step-by-step plan of action to move you forward.
  5. Execute the plan. (and most of all, maintain peace of mind and clarity each step of the way).

We are confident that we can help you find answers and discover the right solutions and improvements for your home and your health.
